With her senior leadership background in global security, risk and resilience spanning over three decades, Claire is a specialist in transforming organisational landscapes and optimising processes.
Anne Llewellyn
Anne LlewellynWellbeing Specialist
Dr Anne Llewellyn has had 30 years’ experience of working in higher education and over 15 years’ experience of teaching mental health and wellbeing policy, leadership and decision-making. She has managed student disability and mental health services and, her doctorate (EdD) analysed the use of online immersive learning spaces to enhance professional skills development. Anne is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has a Level 5 certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring.
Nicky Arrowsmith
Nicky ArrowsmithLaw, Legislation and Safeguarding Specialist
Former Detective Superintendent and Head of CID, Nicky Arrowsmith is an experienced major and complex crime investigator, spending much of her nearly 30 years in the Met Police specialising in safeguarding including with Sapphire (Serious Sexual Assault) specialist unit. She is a PIP 3 registered Senior Investigating Officer and experienced coach and mentor.
Howard Weightman
Howard WeightmanCrime Scene Specialist
Howard is a former Cleveland police officer, crime scene investigator and force forensic advisor/ trainer. He has extensive experience in volume and serious crime scene investigations. He is a team member with an international disaster management company, with deployments including Grenfell Tower fire and several aviation accidents. He is also an Associate Forensic/ Crime Scene Trainer with Durham Constabulary, with responsibility for delivering CSI courses in the UK and internationally.
Lisa Broad
Lisa BroadCounter-terrorism Protect and Prepare Associate
Lisa has over two decades of experience in serious organised crime investigations, capacity building and counter-terrorism at the Home Office and most recently, the Department for Education, where she led on the strategy and policy for counter-terrorism protective security, preparedness and incident response as well as the development of Martyn’s Law proposals for the education sector.
